1. Ensure our Discord bot is added to your server
Please ensure that the Discord bot has been added to your server/guild and has permission to see messages in your channel.

2. Ensure bot has the correct permissions
In Server Settings > Integrations > Total SL Relay, ensure that the bot can access your intended channel.
3. Ensure server and channel IDs are correct
Go to the channel you want your bot to relay to/from and run the /relaysetup command to get your server and channel ID.
4. Ensure Group UUID is correct
Please ensure your SL Group UUID is correct, and your bot has permission to chat in the group.
